“Dog Days of Duluth” Public Art Event – Sponsorship Information

Whimsical canine art will be displayed along Main Street and the Town Green area of Historical downtown Duluth during the months of July, August and September 2008.

The canines will then be available for purchase at an auction being held during the Duluth Fall Festival. (September 27 th and 28 th, 2008)

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Duluth Historical Society Strickland House Fund.

An individual or business will sponsor each DOG for $1000.00 each. (5 breeds will be represented)

For the $1000.00 sponsorship fee you will receive the following:

• An unpainted dog sculpture

• Display pedestal

• A plaque on which your name will be displayed prominently

• An artist, which will be assigned to you for design detail and completion
